Day 1 : Munich

Upon arrival at Munich International Airport and completing immigration and customs check, you will be received by your Tour Manager.

The orientation tour of Munich will help you discover Munich. The Bavaria’s capital city is encircled by a cosmopolitan atmosphere and is a city renowned for its fabulous architecture, inspiring art and fine music. An alluring aroma of pretzels, sausages and beer fill the Mediterranean style streets. Considered to be one of Germany’s most visited cities Munich has an appeal to be rivalled.Munich’s architecture shines in palaces and castles. On Marienplatz, the city’s central square, old and new town halls compete for attention.

Today we visit the famous BMW Museum. The luxury BMW cars are becoming very popular amongst indianelite clients. From the BMW 1 Series to the BMW 5 Series, the sporty BMW M3 or the luxurious BMW 6 Series, you can enjoy watching a fascinating range of BMW models

The two building sections, the round and low-rise constructions, are connected via a visitors’ ramp, which leads the guests to all of the 25 exhibition areas.

Munich is very famous for the Oktober Fest, worlds largest beer and folk festival and which is attended by 6 million people. If you get free time in the evening, we recommend you to visit Hofbrauhaus on your own. This famous brewery in Munich is owned by the Bavarian state government. Founded in 1589 by the Duke of Bavaria, it is one of Munich’s oldest beer halls. It was founded as the brewery to the old Royal Residence.

Day 2: Munich- Zurich

Breakfast at the hotel.Proceed to Zurich by road. Every year thousands of people from all over the world visit Switzerland and a vast majority of those tourists are people from the Indian subcontinent. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most beautiful countries of the world. Switzerland and Bollywood can be quoted in one breath thanks to YashRaj films. Can anyone forget the scintillating Sridevi in her chiffon sarees as ‘Chandni” serenaded by the pot bellied Rishi Kapoor , the chirpy Juhi Chawla dancing to the whims of Shahrukh Khan in the song “Tu Mere Samne” in Darr and finally who can forget the ‘senorita act’-a dimpled Shahrukh Khan in the throes of love with the dusky, very Indian Kajol.

En route stop at Rhine Falls where the Rhine River falls 23 m over the full 150-m width of the river. Rhine Falls is the Europe’s largest and most powerful waterfalls.Free time to buy souvenirs or to go for a boat ride on your own. Continue towards Zurich, the financial capital of Switzerland. Switzerland’s largest city, Zürich, is rich in heritage and historic value, and is a popular travel destination. Its medieval architecture is well-preserved and worth seeing, as well as the city’s historic monuments and modern sculptures. Old Town, with its 13th century buildings, is an especially wonderful historic area where tourists buses can’t go but the orientation tour allows you to discover the presence of modern and historical buildings in this city.

The city boasts of, the shopping avenue Bahnhofsstrasse and Zürich’s famous financial district. Enjoy a photo stop at the beautiful Lake Zürich and enjoy breath-taking vistas of the city, the lake and the snow covered Alps, St. Peter church with Europe’s largest clock-face, the Grossmünster church and the Fraumünsterchurch.

Day 3 : Zurich – MT Titlis – Lucerne

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed to Engelberg for Mt. Titlis excursion via Rotair, the world’s only revolving cable car that gives a panoramic view of the Alps. Get up close to icy glaciers on the exhilarating Ice Flyer chairlift on Mt. Titlis. Reach back to Engelberg and proceed towards the city of Lucerne. Head to the main symbol of the city, the stunning Chapel Bridge, the wooden bridge built during the 14th Century, symbol of the old medieval town, that was part of the impressive fortification system of the city during the Middle Ages. Visit the famous Lion monument which you must have seen in many Bollywood movies. Free time for shopping, this place is popular for best quality swiss watches.

Lucerne offers surprisingly a wide range of shopping options from watches to fashion boutiques ,stocked with international luxury brands and also on oother lesser known Swiss and international designers. The origins of watch making in Switzerland can be traced back as far as the sixteenth century and anyone with a keen interest in watches will acknowledge that when it comes to horology, the Swiss and the Germans are synonymous with one thing and that’s high end top quality products .

Day 4 : Zurich-Black Forest-Paris

After morning breakfast proceed for Paris. Enroute drive though Black Forest which is a mountainous region in southwest Germany, bordering France. Known for its dense, evergreen forests and picturesque villages, it is often associated with the Brothers Grimm fairy tales. It’s renowned for its spas and the cuckoo clocks produced in the region since the 1700s.Stop at Lake Titisee in Blackforest during the journey. This beautiful lake is one of the best-known attractions in the Black Forest. Surrounded by forest and low mountains, it is an idyllic place to relax in a delightful, natural setting. If time allows visit the famous Cuckoo Clock outlet of Drubba.

Continue towards Paris. Packed Dinner awaits you on arrival. Reach Paris late in the Evening. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 5 : Paris City Tour, Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise and Illumination Tour of Paris

Breakfast in the hotel .We start the Orientation Tour of the city in which you will get the explore all the main attractions of the city.

Drive through Paris and see all the famous landmarks and monuments like the Concorde Square, Louvre Museum, Seine river and its bridges, Hotel de Ville (City Hall), the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, Arc de Triumph, Champs-Elysees Avenue, Dome of Napoleon’s Tomb and the Opera House during the orientation tour.

Finally the wait is over as you will go the Landmark of the city ‘The Eiffel Tower’ to catch the most amazing sights of the city from the 2nd level entrance.

After visiting Eiffel tower, walk or drive till Trocadero for a quick photo stop to click amazing pictures with The Eiffel tower in the background. Now your tour manager will arrange Sorbet and Crepe tasting for you. Enjoy these local delicacies.

Afterwards go for Seine River Cruise. Cruising through Paris on the Seine River is undoubtedly one of the most atmospheric and romantic ways to soak in the city’s striking beauty, historic architecture, and famous monuments.

After the dinner we will now go for the Illumination Tour of Paris. See the City of Light come to life on this Paris by night tour, which takes you past the city’s most iconic landmarks made even more beautiful with their twinkling lights. Enjoy a scenic evening ride down Paris’ tree-lined boulevards past illuminated monuments and squares and experience the breathtaking Illumination of the Eiffel Tower.

Day 6 : Shopping Tour with Disneyland Excursion and Lido Show (Optional)

Optional Lido Show – The new “Paris Merveilles” show at the city’s famous Lido de Paris cabaret club made its debut in April 2015 as one of the most impressive new cabaret shows in a city that’s known for them. Lido is located at the famous Avenue des Champs-Élysées which is an avenue in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Day 7 : Paris – Brussels – Amsterdam

After Breakfast , Proceed to Amsterdam. Enroute stop at Brussels.

The City of Brussels, which is the de jure capital of Belgium. The Brussels-Capital Region is located in the central portion of the.Compared to most regions in Europe, Brussels has a relatively small territory, with an area of 161 km2 . Brussels is the de facto capital of the European Union, as it hosts a number of principal EU institutions .The secretariat of the Benelux and the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) are also located in Brussels. Today, it is classified as an Alpha global city.

We get down at the famous Grand Place for a walking tour. The Grand-Place is the central square of the City of Brussels. All over the world it is known for its decorative and aesthetic wealth. The grand-place is considered as one of the most beautiful places of the world. The grand-place of Brussels was registered on the World Heritage List of the UNESCO in 1998. Visit the famous statue Manneken pis. Our Tour Manager will organize Waffle tasting for you here. Continue our journey to Amsterdam. Enjoy Canal Cruise in evening. After cruise will proceed to Indian Restaurant to enjoy our Indian Meal with Chai. After Dinner will proceed to Amsterdam by night tour which covers dam square area. Day 8 : Amsterdam – Cologne – Frankfurt/Heidelberg

After Breakfast proceed to Frankfurt. Enroute stop at the city of cologne. Visit the chocolate factory of Cologne. The Imhoff-Schokoladenmuseum (Imhoff chocolate museum) was opened by Hans Imhoff on 31 October 1993. It is situated in the Colognequarter of Altstadt-Süd on the Rheinauhafen peninsula. The exhibits show the entire history of chocolate, from its beginnings with the Olmecs, Maya and Aztecs to contemporary products and production methods.

With 5,000 guided tours and 675,000 visitors a year, the museum is in the Top Ten of German museums. A small tropicarium, open to visitors, consisting of a glass cube 10 metres square houses cacao trees of the species Theobroma cacao and Theobromagrandiflorum.Miniature versions of machines used in the production of chocolate, allowing visitors to observe the process of making the small chocolate bars which are given out at the entrance.A special attraction is the 3-metre-high chocolate fountain; an employee dips wafers into the liquid chocolate and distributes them to the visitors.

Visit the famous cologne Cathedral. The foundation stone of the Gothic Cathedral was laid on 15 August 1248 on the celebration of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. The cathedral is Cologne’s second-tallest structure, surpassed only by the telecommunications tower. The cathedral covers almost 8,000 square metres of floor space and can hold more than 20,000 people. Due to the building’s impressive Gothic architecture, the shrine of the Three Wise Men, the outstanding stained-glass windows and the many other important works of art, UNESCO declared Cologne Cathedral a World Heritage Site in 1996.

Proceed to Frankfurt, a central German city on the river Main, which is the major financial centre of the European continent, with the HQs of the European Central Bank, German Federal Bank, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, DZ Bank, KfW, several cloud and many more.

Day 9 : Frankfurt – Heidelberg – Munich

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed towards Heidelberg.Visit the Heidelberg Castle which attracts around a million visitors from all over the world. Since the early 19th century, these impressive ruins have been synonymous with Romanticism. It would be hard to imagine a more striking location: set against the deep green forests on the north flank of Königstuhl hill, the red sandstone ruins tower majestically over the Neckar valley. From its lofty position, the palace’s silhouette dominates the old town centre of Heidelberg.

The rich and eventful history of Heidelberg Palace began when the counts palatine of the Rhine, – later prince electors – established their residence at Heidelberg. First mentioned in 1225, this was destined to become one of the grandest palaces of the Renaissance.

  • This package cost is based on Tentative EURO rate at Rs75 EURO. is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary everyday frequently.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deportation expenses despite of granting of visa and/or boarding pass, Visa with-holding, refusal or delay in the same -the consequences arising there from shall not be of travel agent  and shall be of the travelling person.

Minimum 2 weeks are required for processing of Schengen Visa from the date of Submission . This duration can get extended during the peak period.

After booking the client is required to submit documents for Visa within 24 hours enabling us to apply visa at least 45 days prior to date of travel.

 As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without prior notice, no compensation will be paid for any eventual changes.

For Triple sharing, the 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed. Proper extra bed is never provided in europe

As per European norms maximum 3 persons are allowed in one hotel room.

If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar accommodation will be arranged.

Client is solely responsible to arrange provide and carry on valid travel documents during the tour including Passport, Visas & Air tickets.

The passport  should be  valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel .This detail should be confirmed & checked by the client before paying advance for the tour package. Any loses due to validity of Passports for less than six months have to be paid by the Client.

The client must travel with valid Insurance medical clearances & necessary vaccination certificates

The Voucher(s) & air-tickets along with other travel documents would be given to Client few days prior to the departure after full payment of Tour cost.

If the booking is processed less than 30 days prior to departure,full payment should be paid at the time of booking itself.

Tour operated is subject to minimum 25 participants/ passengers in case the group does not operate due to less number of participants, the money will be refunded to clients after deduction of Rs.11000/- as administrative charges. In addition to this visa & insurance fees has to be paid by client.

The Clients are responsible for checking all documents including Tickets, Vouchers, Visas, Insurance & inform the company as soon as possible of any eventual errors..

In some cases due to unavoidable circumstances the routing of this tour may be modified. But in such a case all the mentioned services will be provided.

In case of any cancellation the cancellation policy mentioned below will be applicable..

City tours are drive through the city with few photo stops. The places mentioned in the Itinerary are drive through unless stated otherwise in the tour Itinerary.

The hotels provided during the trip are either in the surrounding towns or at the outskirts of the city. The drive between hotel & city may be long but the coach is always available for the transfer.

The tour manager has the authority to modify the Itinerary if required for operational reasons. Please discuss with your tour manager if you want to fix appointments with someone during the trip as the Itinerary subject to change.

This tour is not recommended for differently abled persons or for person with special needs as it requires a lot of travelling in a short period.

Finding medical assistance is very difficult in Europe. If required, the client has to pay on his own. Hence you should always have extra Travel Insurance with a good medical insurance cover.

Please carry your medicines as it is impossible to get medicines in Europe without prescription from a local doctor.

The Clients can deposit upto 1.99 Lakh rupees cash in our account as per RBI norms.

We do not accept any cash payment in our office.

Payment Policy

  • Registration Amount  INR 5000/- at the time of registration.
  • Second installment Booking Amount : INR 20000/- per person 10 days after registration or 90 days before the date of departure whichever is earlier .
  • Third installment complete 50% of the total amount 45 Days prior from the departure.
  • Fouth installment full & final payment 30 days prior to departure. Incase of delay the booking may get cancelled.
  •  The payment is considered to be received only when money is credited in company account. While paying with cheque please ensure that the cheque reaches us 7 days prior to the payment date.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Registration & Booking Amount is Non- Refundable– INR 25,000/- Per Person
  • Flight cost refund is subject to airlines cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on Visas Fee, medical insurance or non medical insurances & handling charges have to be paid by the client.

  • In case of other tour components like Rail tickets cruise booking & airfare the rules imposed by the suppliers would be applicable.
  • IF YOU APPLY FOR VISAS THROUGH US & If Visa gets rejected for any Reason Cancellation charges will be charged in case of group as FOLLOWS:-
  • VISA Rejection when more than 70 days of travel remaining INR 15000 per person .
  • VISA Rejected  69-46 days before travel date  – Minimum INR 30,000 Per Person .
  • Visa Rejected 45-31 days before travel date  -Rs. 50,000/- per person
  • VISA Rejection 30-15 days prior to travel date   – Rs.70,000/- per person
  • 14-0 days prior to date of travel        
  •  100% of package cost
  • We can apply visa on behalf of a client but for certain destinations like UK/USA/Schnegen the client may need to visit the consulate for Interview/Fingerprint at their own .
  • Approval or rejection of Visas and immigration clearance depends entirely on the government & their respective embassays. Company shall not be responsible for any rejections or delay of visas or for any loss resulting there from.
  • The submission of relevant documents and photographs within 24 hours has to be ensured by the client.
  • No information should be hidden for the visas specially if there is any criminal case on the Client.
  • The Company would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, age, wrong photographs, visa duration, type of visa (single / multiple entry) happens in the consulate / embassy. Client is fully responsible to check the visas, their validity, details and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by you or the Company on your behalf is rejected by the concerned Embassy or Authorities due to insufficient supply of documents furnished by the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever, the Company shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
  • The cost and processing visas charges/ fees  is excluded in your Tour Price. The visa fee supplement  is inclusive of the actual visa charge, cost of processing fees, the clerkage charges of the Company and overheads.
  •  Even for rejected visas cases, the stipulated fees of the Company shall be payable by you if you decide to process the visa through the company.
  •  No refund would be entertained if client is unable to travel due to any reasons. For such cases the non-refundable deposit paid by you shall be forfeited
  • In case of requirement , the passports would be mailed for visa/POE to different cities by reputed courier. In case of any delay or loss of passport arising due to such situation the company can not be held responsible for any loses.
  • If the Tour is cancelled by the client due to delay/rejection of visas the amount will be fully forfeited even is the visa is applied through the company.
  • If the passport is damaged and client is unable to fly due to same , the company will not be held responsible and standard cancellation policies shall apply.
  • In case visa is applied directly by the client it is client’s responsibility to double check all the documents and applications being submitted by him. On receiving visa please check the exact name and other details mentioned on the visa. You must share the visa copy immediately with the company.

INSURANCE

Purchasing an insurance is mandatory for the grant of Schnegen visas. We recommend that you purchase an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life whilst on tour for the duration of the trip.

Incase you want us to buy the insurance policy for the above purpose, such policies would be for cover for the duration of the trip and relate to persons below the age of 59 years. In case of clients above the said age , there would be additional premium payable by them as per company insurance policy.

It would be Client responsibility to produce such medical reports as might be required by the insurer. Further please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator.

Client is suppose to check the accuracy and correct data of the policies obtained In case of any errors, report the same to the Insurance Company and get the same rectified as the company would not be responsible for the same.

Client is suppose to inform the Company in case the Client he/she has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company is not be liable to compensate for any problem or financial loss happening due to same.

 TOUR COST COMPONENT

It is mandatory that the Client should avail the foreign exchange component of the tour cost from the Company under his Liberlized Remittance Scheme ( earlier Basic Travel Quota )entitlement. The client has to pay the total tour cost component in Indian Rupees by way of a demand draft in favour of the Company The Client would submit his request on a pre-printed LRS/Basic Travel Quota Form, which has to be completed and signed by him. The Company would forward the said form to the Authorized Dealer / Full Fledged Money Changer to release the amount of required foreign exchange to the Company for the cost of the tour as a part of the LRS/Basic Travel Quota of the Client.

Under the present guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, all residents holding Indian passports are entitled to avail an amount not exceeding USD 2,50,000 or its equivalent per person in one calendar year for one or more private / leisure visits under the Basic Travel Quota.
